ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL REPORTS (for year ended June 30)

The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) provides a detailed look at the City's financial position and activities. Prepared by City staff and audited by an independent accounting firm each year, this report offers valuable insights into the City's financial health.

The ACFR follows the guidelines recommended by the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) and adheres to the standards set by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB). It includes financial statements, note disclosures, and supplementary information to help residents, stakeholders, and decision-makers understand the City's fiscal management.

Transition to City of Mountain House

The reports above reflect audits conducted under the Mountain House Community Services District (MHCSD). As of July 1, 2024, Mountain House is officially incorporated as a city. All reports beginning with fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, will be published under the City of Mountain House.
