Meeting Schedule

Regular City Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m., unless otherwise noted on the official meeting calendar.

Understanding the Agenda Page

When selecting a meeting date, you may see several document types. Here's what each one means:

• Agenda Cover Page (PDF):
  A one-page summary listing the meeting date, time, and agenda items.

• Agenda (HTML):
  An interactive version with clickable links to each item. Meeting video will appear on this page when available. Ideal for online viewing.

• Agenda (PDF):
  A full downloadable agenda packet, including staff reports and attachments. Best for printing or offline viewing.

• Video:
  A direct link to the recorded meeting, typically posted shortly after the meeting concludes. Also available in the HTML agenda view.

• Additional Materials:
  Supporting documents such as presentations or handouts may be provided for certain agenda items.
