When selecting a meeting date, you may see several document types. Here’s what they mean:

• Agenda Cover Page (PDF): One-page summary of date, time, and agenda items.
• Agenda (HTML): Interactive version with links and video once posted.
• Agenda (PDF): Full agenda packet with staff reports and attachments (best for printing).
• Video: Link to the recorded meeting (posted after the meeting).
• Additional Materials: Supporting documents like presentations or handouts.
