City Utility Billings Shift Temporarily to 33-Day Cycle

The City of Mountain House has a new billing system. Because of this change, bills were sent later than usual. To catch up, utility bills will now cover 33 days instead of 30 days for the next 10 billing periods.

This change helps keep billing on track without sending one large bill. In May 2026, we’ll return to regular 30-day billing periods.

Below is the estimated billing schedule. It shows the period each bill covers, when the bill is expected to be mailed, and when payment is due. The table also includes sample charges for two types of homes: medium-density and low-density. Your actual bill may vary based on water usage.
